Bronze sculpture ‘’Sophia’’ shows a woman with an owl in her one hand and a book in her other hand. These objects are a symbol of knowledge. This is because the name Sophia also means Goddess of Wisdom in ancient Greek language. This goddess also appears with the Romans as Goddess Minerva, with the Buddhists as Tara and the ancient Sumerian Goddess Inanna. To underline this spirituality, a bird is placed on top of her head.
